● 20 years experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts.
● Supervised and managed over 200 people as part owner of a privately held company.
● In-house counsel for a large real estate development firm.
● 9 years of litigation and trial experience.
● 3 years experience managing title insurance companies.
● Licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida and Illinois.
